Business development

Norinnova has two programs for business development. In these programs we contribute with business competence, contact network and capital in the process from idea to market.

FORNY is a program for commercialization of research. The program is supported by the Norwegian Research Council and Innovation Norway. In the program we work closely with R&D institutes, universities, university colleges and hospitals in northern Norway to create value from research with market potential.

We also assist innovative companies increasing their innovation potential, by working closely with them in realizing spin-off activities with market potential. The program is part of a larger innovation program to increase the strength of the regions knowledge based industry. The program is supported by Innovation Norway, Sparebank1 Nord-Norge, The municipality of Tromsø and NorinnovaAS.
